1.Membership Requirements
1)Members
a)Specialists and scholars work on TCM cosmetology from home and abroad
b)Licensed doctors in the related fields of TCM cosmetology
c)Foreigners interested in the development of TCM cosmetology and took part in professional training
d)High officials in management, production and R&D department of the related producing factories of TCM cosmetology
e)Leaders, licensed practitioners of body care institutions strives for develop business of TCM cosmetology
2)Syndics
a)Must be membership of the council
b)Must be work on research, practice and management of TCM cosmetology for more than 10 years, made obvious achievements in academy, be influential in the district(country), made distinguished contributions to the development and broadcasting of TCM.
2. Rights
a) Right to elect and be elected, and the right to vote；
b) Right to propose comments and suggestions to the work of the Committee, and to supervise;
c) Preferentially attend at related activities held by the Committee like training, seminar, forum and exposition;
d) Grasp latest information of the activities held by the Committee and obtain dynamics of the industrial development；
e) Preferentially receive publications and academic documents published by the Committee；
f) People with membership certificate could be introduced by the Committee to be the candidate running for various rewards issued by World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies and State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine of People' Republic of China;
g) Assisted by the Committee to promote the researching result and product, or be helped by specialists from the Committee to solve problems on techniques;
h) Exchange of experience and academic communications within the membership during the arranged activities；
i) Preferentially make propaganda through magazine and website of the Committee（www.wfcmcs.org ）；
j) Publicize general introduction, resume, thesis of the member syndics freely through magazine and website of the Committee, so as to promote awareness;
k) The Committee could be entrusted to offer technical service, technical training and assessment on scientific and technological achievements;
l) As a member of WFCMS, which owns more than one-hundred and fifty academic organizations from more than 50 member countries, it will do facilitate to your career;
m) Retreat is free for members.
3.Obligations
a)Abide by the regulation of WFCMS，actively to attend at activities, to finish obligations on time, to carry out resolution, and to uphold the unification of the Committee;
b)Strive for the legal status of TCM cosmetology in the host country, uphold and safeguard the legal rights and reputation of WFCMS and the Special Committee of Cosmetology WFCMS;
c)Reflect views and suggestions to the Committee, report working progress and provide related materials and information;
d)Assisting the Committee to standardize the whole industry, and to supervise related irregularities.
